1. Who we are
Maisonblock ("we", "us") sells digital Shopify components. The seller is Jayden Turner, doing business as Maisonblock, California, USA. Contact us through the contact page.
2. Buying
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details. A purchase gives you the licence described in the Licence.
3. Delivery
Digital products are delivered through your account straight after payment. Download links are personal and expire after a short time.
4. Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that email address secure; anyone who can read it can reach your downloads.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to get around download protection, share download links or licence keys, or interfere with the site.
6. Refunds
See the refund policy.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. (Wording to be finalised with a lawyer.)
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
9. Governing law
Proposed: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Shasta County, California, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. (To confirm with legal advice.)
